Shesparkleson.com was initially created as a blog to disclose the breast cancer journey of founder Meghan Koziel whom was diagnosed with stage 2B breast cancer in October 2015 at 26 years young. Following treatments and after becoming an internet sensation, she felt the need to give back. She chose to use her creativity and share her sparkle by creating an online store that specializes in custom made cancer gifts that inspire, support, and are sure to bring a smile to the face of someone facing a cancer journey of their own.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Item?
Since we custom make our items and they ship from different fulfillment centers the time it will take to receive each item will vary. Please read the product description of the item you are purchasing to get an estimate of how long it will take you receive your item. We can not give exact dates that you will receive items. If you need an item by an exact date please contact us about expedited shipping options.
Where Are My Items Being Shipped From?
All apparel items are shipped from within the United States.
Will My Order Have A Tracking Number?
Yes, it will. You will be e-mailed the tracking information after the order ships.
I Still Haven't Received My Order. Where Is It?
If it is still within the estimated shipping and handling time that we provide in the product description there is no need to worry. Since we custom make our items some times times vary.
If it is passed the estimated shipping and handling time for your item and you still haven't received your order please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you.
Please do not contact us asking where your order is if it's still within the estimated shipping and handling time since you ordered it. We process thousands of orders per day and have fulfillment centers all over the world. It is impossible for us to know exactly what step of the process your item is in being made or exactly where it is during shipping. Once the item is shipped the only information we have is the same information you have when tracking the package.
